Living and working on Ngadjuri Country, rural South Australia.
My work explores memory, place and belonging, and how the places we live in continue to shape us. I am interested in the shared patterns between the body and landscape: wrinkles, scars, paths, valleys, edges and hills.

I work with paint, earth pigments, charcoal, leaves, tree resin and thread, incorporating materials gathered from the landscape around me. The physical qualities and unpredictability of these materials shape the direction of each painting. I use a slow, intuitive process of layering, stitching and responding to what develops on the surface.
